LeAnna joined AAP as Executive Director in 2025. She holds a BA in English and brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience through her work with RSI Community, an organization supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Chapel Hill, NC. Now based in northeast Tennessee, LeAnna is passionate about organizations that make the world a better place. She is thrilled to be part of the vibrant AAP community and eager to help it thrive.
