The Academy hosts two national multi-day events each year with continuing-education credits available.
Institute & Conference is held each autumn and is open to non-members and members alike. The event is usually held at an urban conference center.
Summer Workshop is open to Academy members only. It is typically held in a retreat/resort-like setting. There is usually an abundance of optional free-time events scheduled to provide opportunities to try new activities while socializing with friends and forming new professional and personal relationships.
Southern Region Conference is hosted each spring in a Southeastern city chosen by the Southern Region Committee The Southern Region Conference is open to Academy members and non-members.
In addition to these national meetings, individual Academy members sometimes hold local salons. Each salon is of evening or weekend-afternoon duration and is open to the public and usually free of charge.
